- Sanitation, Safety & Equipment
- Basic Nutrition
- Basic Food Theory
- Bake Theory
- Basic Culinary Techniques
- Techniques of Baking
- Kitchen Management
- Basic Communications
- Basic Calculations
- Quantity Food Preparation
Once students have successfully completed the basic course, they can then apply for the Cook Advanced Level II Program.
