Full time and part time classes are available.

Course Outline:

  • Sanitation, Safety & Equipment
  • Basic Nutrition
  • Basic Food Theory
  • Bake Theory
  • Basic Culinary Techniques
  • Techniques of Baking
  • Kitchen Management
  • Basic Communications
  • Basic Calculations
  • Quantity Food Preparation

Once students have successfully completed the basic course, they can then apply for the Cook Advanced Level II Program.
